Refunds are only available in cases where the product arrives damaged. To ensure transparency, we document each order with photos before dispatch. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us with photos of the issue, and we’ll assist you with the next steps. Exchanges are not available.
Delivery
We currently ship within Australia using Australia Post, offering both Standard and Express shipping options. Orders are typically processed within 12 hours of purchase, ensuring quick dispatch.
